Dear New Clients, ***You will receive $5 off any haircut service or $15 off any color service (Gloss service excluded)*** *Appointments are to be done online *A valid credit or debit card will be required to book online, NO charges will be made until after being serviced. *A non-refundable $50 deposit may be required when booking for some color services. The deposit is to reserve your spot and will be put towards service and then check out. Client may reschedule for a different day if an emergency. Failure to show or if appointment is canceled the deposit will be lost. (FIRST TIME CLIENTS ONLY) *Same day appointments are available for ALL services (SOME COLOR SERVICES $50 DEPOSIT) *Cancellations 24hrs before appointment including appointments made within the same day that are “No call no shows” or is a cancellation will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. *Client may cancel or reschedule (based upon availability) up to 48 hrs before appointment, at NO charge. *Appointments with multiple people, you may create two separate appointments with correct names or double book.
